-In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of the date you receive. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
-After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you believe an item you've purchased is faulty or you received the wrong item, shoot us a message on Instagram @luxe_bae and let us know as many details as you can about the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically up to 5 working days).
Please ask us for the address via Instagram @luxe_bae , please DO NOT return your parcels with the return address on the packaging.
You can submit refund requests within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, the buyer will be ineligible for a refund or reshipment. You can submit a refund request by sending us a message on Instagram @luxe_bae

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message on Instagram @luxe_bae
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
